What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Our charters come with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Depending on the type of service, inclusions differ — for example, sunset cruises come with premium refreshments and snacks, whereas business charters offer meeting facilities and options for corporate dining.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking your charter 2–3 weeks prior is advisable, more so during our busy season between May and September. For corporate functions and special events, arranging 4–6 weeks in advance is optimal for better availability and to tailor the experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is paramount. Unfavorable weather as deemed by our captain will lead to either a rescheduled charter on the soonest available slot or a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will inform you if there are concerns 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, it is permissible to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Additionally, we have superb catering solutions and are able to personalize our menu offerings to your liking. Please note, for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We endeavor to serve all our guests. While some yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others, reach out to us with your requirements during reservation and we will point you to the most appropriate yacht and organize the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations done 72 hours before departure, a full reimbursement is processed. A 50% refund is issued for cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours prior. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are not eligible for refund, except in situations of unsafe weather or mechanical concerns on our end.
